Weekly Healthy-ish Meal Plan 2/3/13

Another week, another healthy-ish meal plan. This time with more emphasis on the “ish”. Most of these recipes are pretty darn healthy, but I had to throw in a little indulgence. Spaghetti and meatballs are my weakness.

Sunday: Super Bowl Food!

Monday: Cheeseburgers – Super easy for a Monday! You can always eat a bunless one loaded with veggies to cut calories. You can also wrap them up in a low calorie tortilla or slap on an Brownberry’s Sandwich Thin for only 100 extra calories. Tumaro’s low carb/low calorie tortillas are the bomb diggity! The low carb multi grain tortillas are only 60 calories and do not taste like cardboard. Swearsies!

Tuesday: Creamy Chicken & Noodles – I always need extra calories on Tuesdays, because I have dance class for an hour. Tuesdays are the perfect day for a little extra indulgence.

Wednesday: Crock Pot Chicken Ranch Tacos – We have made these before and they are simple and delicious! Dave works late on Wednesdays so crock pot meals are always a plus!

Thursday: Buffalo Chicken Chili – We have made a version of this before and I cannot wait to try this one out. We love spicy!

Friday: Free for all. Fridays are usually up in the air. Dave has a meeting in Cleveland today so he may or may not eat dinner with us. It is a perfect day for leftovers!

Saturday: Spaghetti w/ Meatballs & Garlic Bread – Make it like it says on the box and you are good to go. Sometimes I need to indulge a little. Today is that day. Plus, after a 3 hour dance class I need some serious sustenance!
